How do I return or exchange an item?
We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit!
We do not accept returns.
-Orders must be exchanged within a 7 day time period from date of purchase. Unworn, unwashed, tags on, no stains or odors, please.
-FINAL SALE ITEMS under the sales tab are strictly final sale. We do not accept those for any sort of store credit.
Do you offer an ambassador program?
We are currently taking applications for our ambassador program. :)
Do you have a physical location?
Not yet! Never say never, but we don’t have any plans at the moment to become a physical store. We loved the idea of an online boutique where we could have our customers save money with lower prices by operating online-only. Also, we could work around the schedule we already have! Win-Win. :)
Do you offer local pickup?
Locals have the opportunity to pick it up here at my business address. There will be details following your order confirmation email!
